Reporting Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Client Experience Team, the full-time Reporting Analyst will provide analytical and administrative support, prepare performance reviews, and monitor portfolio trends while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to create and implement innovative solutions for client retention and document the process
- Support the completion of ad hoc reporting requests and perform complex analyses to align with growth goals
- Prepare client-facing reports and ensure timely communication with internal and external customers
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a related field preferred
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience required
- Working knowledge of health benefit plans preferred
- Experience working in Salesforce preferred
