Job Summary
To support client operations, the full-time Reporting Analyst will manage the setup and automation of standard reporting requests, collaborating with various teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of Personify Health products and reporting capabilities
- Build and automate standard reports using Excel, Genesys, Calabrio, and Empower, ensuring timely delivery to clients
- Analyze data discrepancies and innovate processes to enhance reporting performance
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of reporting experience preferred
- Proficiency in Excel or a strong willingness to learn
- Strong technical aptitude and organizational skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and independently
- Solid mathematical and analytical skills
