Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

To support client reporting needs, the full-time Reporting Analyst will develop and manage client-facing reports, dashboards, and training materials while working remotely and ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain recurring client-facing reports, dashboards, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Create and deliver training materials and sessions for internal teams on reporting tools and processes
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather reporting requirements and resolve any discrepancies or issues

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in reporting, business analytics, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• Experience creating polished presentations in PowerPoint for client-facing purposes
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Real Estate, Operations, or a related field
