Reporting Analyst - Healthcare Operations
Job Summary
To support operational excellence and strategic decision-making, the full-time Reporting Analyst - Healthcare Operations will work remotely, identifying, gathering, and analyzing data to prepare high-quality reports and dashboards for leadership and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, collect, and validate data from various internal and external sources while ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and develop presentation-ready reports for leadership discussions and performance reviews
- Perform initial analysis and quality control on reports to identify trends and ensure relevance before presentation to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling and visualization design
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint for professional presentation formatting
- Ability to understand medical terminology and healthcare operations
