Reporting Analyst I

Job Summary

To support the Claims/REO department, the full-time Reporting Analyst I will research and resolve complex loan servicing issues, develop reporting metrics, and produce accurate reports, working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to define reporting metrics and analyze reports for compliance with guidelines
• Research and resolve discrepancies in data, ensuring accurate reporting and timely resolution of issues
• Create and produce reports for internal and external audiences, while acting as a liaison between clients and departments

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in Mortgage or Loan Servicing
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and mortgage loan servicing platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
