Reporting Systems Administrator

Job Summary

To support a growing financial services firm, the hybrid Reporting Systems Administrator will manage the day-to-day administration of the investment data and reporting environment, ensuring data integrity and accuracy while overseeing data feeds and client reporting processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary administrator of the firm's client investment reporting platform, managing daily data feeds and validating data accuracy
• Independently own data quality within third-party aggregation platforms, investigating errors and coordinating corrections with vendors
• Support the timely production of client reports and collaborate with internal stakeholders to create custom reporting tools and dashboards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as data analytics, finance, or information systems
• Minimum three years of related experience with investment reporting platforms and data reconciliation processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with large datasets
• Familiarity with data integration, APIs, and data governance concepts is preferred
• Curiosity about artificial intelligence and automation in wealth management technologies
