Reputation and AI Visibility Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the execution of Eleanor Health's visibility strategy, the full-time Reputation and AI Visibility Specialist will manage business listings, oversee reputation management, and enhance AI discoverability while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Eleanor Health's business listings and healthcare directory presence across multiple platforms
• Design and implement a review generation program while responding to and monitoring reviews to maintain a positive reputation
• Establish and improve AI visibility by monitoring recommendations and misinformation in AI-generated responses

Required qualifications

• Approximately 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in local SEO and reputation management
• Proven experience in building and managing review generation and response programs
• Fluency with SEO and local marketing tools such as Ahrefs and BrightLocal
• Strong written communication skills for various platforms, including community posts and media briefs
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills in compliance-heavy environments
