Request for Proposal Associate
Job Summary
Supporting the Operations team in a remote capacity, the full-time Request for Proposal Associate will manage proposal and renewal activities, gather and organize information for broker and customer requests, and educate brokers on Lincoln's products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with teams across Underwriting, Client Services, and Implementation to support proposal activities
- Gather and assess information needed for RFP responses and customer requests
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in lieu of a degree)
- 0 - 1+ years of experience with RFPs/RFIs relevant to the position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to effectively communicate information verbally and in writing
