To support a growing team, the contract Requirements and Procurement Lead will facilitate discovery sessions, document requirements, and manage vendor evaluations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery and requirements sessions with business teams
- Document functional, technical, integration, security, reporting, and service requirements
- Write RFPs, bid specifications, and coordinate vendor demonstrations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in business analysis, requirements management, or technology procurement
- Experience writing technology RFPs or bid specifications
- Proven ability to build vendor scoring tools and run vendor demonstrations
- Experience facilitating requirements sessions with non-technical staff
- Familiarity with reviewing vendor contracts for scope and deliverables
