Requirements Manager

Job Summary

To support Air Force projects, the full-time Requirements Manager will manage user requirements, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and serve as a liaison between the development team and customers, primarily working remotely with occasional on-site visits for requirements validation and testing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate weekly meetings with stakeholders to capture and document user requirements
• Define and manage the requirements management process, including Baseline Change Requests and Discrepancy Reports
• Maintain a well-organized product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria

Required qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience or an associate's degree with 5+ years of experience in a related field
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with Jira
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US government Common Access Card (CAC) and SIPRNet access
• Completion of a two-stage foundational Product Owner training course within specified timeframes if lacking prior experience
