Research Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Customer Success Team, the full-time Research Analyst will deliver analytics and insights services, establish strong client relationships, and provide actionable recommendations to help clients achieve their strategic goals while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver analytics and insights services, executing various NIQ GFK CMI products and solutions
- Craft compelling insights and provide clear, actionable recommendations to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to support business priorities
Required qualifications
- Graduate or Post Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and delivery
- Customer-centric mindset with awareness of data analytics industry and related products
- Strong time management and prioritization skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time
- Confident numerically with the ability to analyze data effectively
- Experience in an analytical environment and proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
