Research Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting research and analysis for a Specialty Care Circuit Rider Capability, the full-time Research Analyst will conduct targeted research, synthesize data, and develop analytical products to assist government stakeholders in identifying capability gaps, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct targeted literature and policy reviews to establish a current-state baseline of capabilities
- Gather and synthesize data related to personnel, processes, technology, and governance for capability-gap assessments
- Prepare clear analytical summaries and data visualizations to communicate findings to government stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Understanding of research methodology and analysis techniques
- Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative research
- Strong analytical skills, including trend identification and process evaluation
