Research and Innovation Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a scientific expert, the full-time remote Research and Innovation Manager will design and lead preclinical research programs focused on hair growth and scalp health, manage collaborations with research partners, and oversee project timelines and data analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead research and innovation projects in hair biology, targeting new biological mechanisms and root causes
- Coordinate with labs and external partners for in silico, in vitro, and ex vivo studies to evaluate ingredients and discover new ones
- Execute experimental design, manage data analysis and reporting, and prepare scientific communications for internal and external stakeholders
Required qualifications
- PhD preferred; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Nutrition, or a related field
- 3+ years of industry experience with expertise in cell and molecular biology
- Knowledge of dermatological and hair biology is ideal
- Experience with preclinical research models, including in vitro and ex vivo studies
- Strong organizational skills and experience in R&D project management
