Research and Technical Assistance Associate

Job Summary

To support the Provider Strategy and Care Transformation Practice, the full-time Research and Technical Assistance Associate will conduct research and analysis on healthcare programs and policies, assist clients in developing strategic priorities, and create technical assistance materials, all while working remotely or in Washington, DC.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, plans, and logistics, ensuring timely communication of action items and follow-ups
• Conduct research on federal and state healthcare programs and analyze RFP requirements to produce actionable summaries and presentations
• Develop technical assistance materials and track project progress, reviewing work for accuracy before client delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public policy, public health, health administration, health informatics, health information management, or a related field
• One to two years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated interest in healthcare policy and public programs
• Ability to write clearly and concisely
