Job Summary
To support applied research initiatives, the part-time remote Research Assistant will assist in implementing mixed-methods evaluation activities, manage data, and conduct qualitative analysis under the mentorship of the Faculty Principal Investigator.
Key responsibilities
- Support implementation of mixed-methods evaluation activities, including interviews, focus groups, and surveys
- Assist with data management, cleaning, organization, and preparation for analysis
- Contribute to the development of reports and data visualizations based on research findings
Required qualifications
- Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution, preferably in psychology, organizational leadership, public administration, or education
- Currently enrolled in a doctoral program in a related field at National University
- Experience with graduate-level research methods (qualitative, quantitative, or mixed methods) is required
- Prior experience in program evaluation or applied research is preferred
- Familiarity with qualitative analysis tools (e.g., NVivo) and/or quantitative tools (e.g., SPSS, R) is preferred
