Job Summary
Supporting research project start-up activities, the part-time Research Assistant for ENLACES will establish operational workflows, create project timelines, and assist in mixed-methods data collection and analysis while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide project management support for research initiatives by tracking priorities and managing timelines
- Engage in mixed-methods research activities, including survey design and data collection
- Draft comprehensive reports and research briefs in collaboration with the ENLACES Research Director and partners
Required qualifications
- Must be a full-time or part-time graduate student at National University
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in education, social science research, or policy
- Familiarity with IRB processes and grant proposal drafting is preferred
- Experience with qualitative coding software (NVivo) and basic quantitative tools (SPSS, Excel) is preferred
