Research Assistant

Job Summary

Joining a mission-driven team, the full-time hybrid Research Assistant will assist with clinical research and quality improvement activities, supporting multiple projects through data collection, subject-related activities, and maintaining organized study records, while working onsite once a week and remotely for the remainder of the week.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with subject-related activities, including screening, consenting, and data collection
• Maintain clear and organized study records while ensuring confidentiality and regulatory adherence
• Perform literature reviews and support data entry and intervention fidelity across various research projects

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1 year of experience with data collection and entry preferred
• Knowledge of research methods and patient confidentiality rules
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with study subject interviews and qualitative research methods
