Job Summary

Detail-oriented and motivated, the full-time Research Associate will support healthcare navigation by conducting high-quality research, organizing information, and delivering clear resources to members, nurses, and advocates in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Research and document healthcare resources, including primary care physicians and specialists, while adhering to corporate policies
• Provide accurate and user-friendly research findings to internal partners and respond to member requests with specific resources
• Maintain accurate documentation and track cases, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in a related field preferred
• At least one year of healthcare-related experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and web-based research tools
• Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to quality
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish or other languages) may be required based on assignment
