Job Summary
To support strategic decision-making, the full-time remote Research Associate will conduct rigorous research studies, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user behaviors and support innovation in the marketplace.
Key responsibilities
- Support design and execution of various research initiatives, including competitive deep dives and user feedback studies
- Collect and analyze data to interpret trends and clarify community and business problems
- Produce clear reports and visualizations to inform product, policy, and strategy decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; advanced degree is welcome
- 1-3 years of experience in research, data analytics, or market insights
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, including survey design and data analysis
- Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with research platforms like Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey; SQL and visualization tools are a plus
- Fluency with generative AI tools for research synthesis and reporting
