Research Associate II
Job Summary
To support the Research and Evaluation Team, the full-time salaried Research Associate II will manage and implement research studies and evaluation projects, focusing on public health program improvement while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform standardized research and evaluation activities with minimal oversight, including developing project materials and supporting dissemination
- Contribute to analysis and reporting using quantitative and qualitative data, including data visualization techniques
- Serve as task lead or project manager, maintaining project plans, timelines, and deliverable schedules
Required qualifications:
- BA/BS in a related field
- Experience managing research and/or evaluation projects in an academic, community, or government setting
- Strong understanding of research and evaluation design and methods and regulatory compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
