Job Summary
As a full-time remote Research Consultant, the successful candidate will act as a trusted research expert, guiding customers in leveraging UserTesting to gain actionable insights and improve their research practices.
Key responsibilities
- Lead onboarding programs to familiarize customers with the UserTesting platform and monitor their progress
- Provide consultative guidance on executing research studies, methodologies, and best practices
- Plan and conduct workshops on research execution, scaling, and analyzing research findings
Required qualifications
- BA/BS or MA/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in user experience research or research consulting
- Strong knowledge of UX research methods and their impact on business decisions
- Experience with remote research and usability testing platforms like UserTesting
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
