Job Summary

Seeking a part-time bilingual (Spanish & English) Research Coordinator 2, this remote position will manage the day-to-day operations of a multi-year qualitative research project focused on care work experiences in the U.S., including recruitment, data collection, and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the qualitative research project, including meetings, timelines, and documentation
• Develop and manage recruitment activities for approximately 100 study participants, overseeing scheduling and data collection
• Supervise and support research assistants, ensuring adherence to study protocols and effective communication within the team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and two years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience
• Two years of experience coordinating complex research projects with multiple activities and deadlines
• Fluency in spoken and written Spanish and English
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Experience working independently while collaborating with a team
