Research Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a growing research initiative, the remote Research Coordinator will manage participant recruitment, ensure IRB compliance, and coordinate study execution while contributing to research outputs and validity evidence.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit research participants and maintain communication throughout the study process
• Prepare and manage IRB submissions and consent documentation to ensure compliance with human subjects protection requirements
• Support logistics of applied research studies, including scheduling, data collection, and participant follow-up

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field
• Experience coordinating research projects or studies, particularly with participant recruitment
• Working knowledge of IRB processes and human subjects research ethics
• Strong organizational skills to track multiple concurrent studies and deliverables
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for interaction with participants and cross-functional teams
