- 8+ years of market research experience, primarily on the supplier side in a market research agency environment
- Experience leading discovery and scoping calls, writing and editing questionnaires, and creating stakeholder-ready reports
- Proven track record of managing client relationships with Enterprise and Fortune 500 companies, focusing on insights professionals
- Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and competing priorities effectively
- Demonstrated effectiveness in people management, including performance management and conflict resolution
