Research Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative voice AI solutions, the full-time Research Engineer will focus on identifying model shortcomings, designing evaluations for improvements, and rapidly deploying solutions in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify areas for model improvement and set measurable targets
• Design evaluations to assess model performance and effectiveness
• Curate data, fine-tune models, and quickly build and deploy working systems

Required qualifications

• Deep experience in training, fine-tuning, and evaluating deep learning models
• Strong proficiency in Python and PyTorch
• Proven track record of shipping machine learning solutions to production
• Ability to own problems end-to-end and adapt as needed
• Good judgment regarding problem prioritization and readiness for deployment
