Research Integrity Analyst

Job Summary

Working fully remotely, the salaried Research Integrity Analyst will manage research conflict of interest (COI) assessments, maintain databases, and support COI Committee activities while ensuring compliance and integrity in research practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct COI assessments and reviews for research proposals, documenting analyses and communicating with research teams
• Maintain up-to-date databases and generate metrics reports related to COI and research integrity
• Assist in organizing and facilitating COI Committee meetings, including agenda preparation and minute transcription

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, with familiarity in an academic research environment
• Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and foster a respectful work environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
• Proven organizational skills for database management, data entry, and reporting
• Ability to work independently while prioritizing and producing accurate work in a dynamic setting
