Owning multiple research projects from kickoff through final delivery, the full-time Research Manager will manage timelines, deliverables, and vendors while working remotely and collaborating closely with the founder to enhance research capabilities in a unique litigation-focused consultancy.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple research projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery of results
- Develop and refine survey questions, program and launch online surveys, and analyze survey data
- Translate findings into clear client stories and create polished reports and presentations
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or survey research
- Strong quantitative and survey research fundamentals
- Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in writing and programming surveys
- Comfort analyzing survey data using Excel or Google Sheets
