Research Manager
Job Summary
Owning the scientific evidence bar across protocols and products, the full-time remote Research Manager will evaluate, adopt, and monitor interventions while collaborating with various teams to ensure rigorous scientific standards are upheld.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the evidence bar for protocols, products, ingredients, and interventions, making clear adopt/reject decisions
- Lead structured scientific reviews of new products and therapeutics, providing written justifications and risk assessments
- Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize research and finalize clinical sign-off on evidence-based decisions
Required qualifications:
- PhD (or MD/PhD) in a relevant biomedical, clinical, or life sciences field
- 5+ years of experience evaluating clinical and pre-clinical evidence in academic, industry, or clinical research settings
- Demonstrated ability to make and defend adopt/reject decisions on therapeutics, supplements, and medical devices
- Strong written communication skills for producing concise, structured evidence reviews
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment with high autonomy
