Research Operations Lead

Job Summary

To support a growing research initiative, the full-time Research Operations Lead will define research processes, manage customer research panels, and oversee daily operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement research processes, standards, and methodologies for Product, Design, and Marketing teams
• Manage the customer research panel, including recruitment, outreach, and database maintenance
• Consult on research best practices and partner with design managers and PMs to integrate customer insights into decision-making

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on research operations experience with a proven track record of building or scaling impactful programs
• 1-2 years of people management experience
• Strong thought leadership in research operations
• Experience using AI tools in research workflows
• Ability to communicate effectively with both practitioners and senior stakeholders
