Research Program Call Specialist

Job Summary

To support the All of Us research program, the part-time Research Program Call Specialist will conduct outreach and engagement activities to enroll and retain participants, while also performing minimal research tasks and coordinating with the research team in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize effective outreach and recruitment methods to drive enrollment and retention rates for the All of Us research program
• Engage and screen patients for eligibility, providing comprehensive information about the program and answering questions
• Administer surveys, record data, and assess the effectiveness of outreach strategies

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-related applications
• Familiarity with public health research concepts and participatory research
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
• Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
