Research Program Call Specialist

Job Summary

To support the All of Us research program, the part-time Research Program Call Specialist will conduct outreach, engagement, and enrollment activities, focusing on participant recruitment and retention while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize outreach and engagement methods to drive enrollment and retention rates for the All of Us research program
• Identify, screen, and enroll patients in the research program, providing them with comprehensive information and answering their questions
• Administer surveys, record data, and assess the effectiveness of outreach strategies through data analysis

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications
• Knowledge of public health research concepts and participatory research
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
• Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
