Research Project Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing and managing domestic and international research studies, the full-time hybrid Research Project Manager will collaborate on study protocol design, coordinate project operations, and assist with participant administration while ensuring compliance with grant requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the study team to design and develop study protocols and assessment instruments
• Schedule and coordinate study team meetings and monitor ongoing study implementation
• Assist with patient recruitment, schedule study visits, and manage participant data

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent combination of education and research experience
• Minimum of 3 years of research experience, or 5 years with a Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in protocol design and compliance with IRB and grant requirements
• Proven ability to manage project budgets and contracts
• Experience in supervising research support staff
