Research Scientist III

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Research Scientist III, this position will focus on managing NIH-funded research projects related to maternal and cardiometabolic health, including developing study protocols, conducting data analyses, and disseminating research findings through publications and presentations, with some flexibility for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, implement, and monitor research projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones
• Develop and refine study protocols and research materials, conducting statistical analyses and maintaining data integrity
• Lead the preparation of scholarly products, including manuscripts, grant applications, and progress reports

Required qualifications

• PhD in a relevant area with three years of research experience leading projects
• Demonstrated solid publication record with peer-reviewed publications
• Proficiency in statistical packages such as SPSS, STATA, or SAS
• Experience in maternal and child health, clinical trials, or digital health preferred
