Job Summary

Conducting original research in machine learning and AI, the full-time Research Scientist in AI will focus on large-scale foundation models and generative AI while developing methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct original research in machine learning and AI, emphasizing large-scale foundation models and generative AI
• Develop novel methodologies, models, and evaluation frameworks to enhance personalization systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate research insights into long-term product opportunities

Required qualifications

• Master's or PhD in machine learning, AI, or a related field, or equivalent research experience
• Demonstrated expertise in machine learning and AI through peer-reviewed publications at major conferences
• Deep knowledge of machine learning, including hands-on experience with post-training and reinforcement learning
• Experience in designing experiments and working with real-world datasets to validate research ideas
• Curiosity and creativity in solving complex, open-ended problems related to user behavior and experiences
