Job Summary
To support post-market drug safety and epidemiological studies, the full-time hybrid Research Specialist will manage small-scale projects, serve as a subject matter expert, and operationalize research tasks while working in-office once a week and remotely for the remainder of the week.
Key responsibilities
- Manage data collection processes and operationalize research tasks
- Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned projects and train other staff in areas of expertise
- Develop and manage research protocols, including the preparation of IRB, FDA, and sponsor documents
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 1-3 years of related project management experience required
- Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of spreadsheet and database programs
- Ability to prioritize tasks and apply research methods effectively
