Job Summary
To enhance staff performance through effective training, the full-time Research Training Specialist Senior will independently deliver training courses, develop engaging curriculum, and serve as a subject matter expert for electronic research administration systems, with eligibility for remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Independently deliver training courses, e-learning, video tutorials, and learning simulations
- Identify knowledge gaps and create targeted training courses to improve staff performance

Required qualifications
