Resettlement Coordinator

Job Summary

Providing case management services to support the resettlement of newly arrived refugees, the part-time Resettlement Coordinator will manage a personal caseload while coordinating essential services and community integration efforts in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive case management services to newly arrived refugee and SIV clients
• Coordinate permanent housing and essential orientation to promote successful community integration
• Assist clients in accessing medical care, education, and public benefits while maintaining case files and documentation

Required qualifications:

• BA/BS in Social Work, Public Health, or a related field; Master's preferred
• At least one year of case management experience in a social work setting
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Strong cross-cultural competency and ability to work with diverse client backgrounds
• Mature Christian faith and commitment to the mission and values of the organization
