Job Summary
Managing and executing activities related to the review, validation, valuation, and follow-up of residential client recovery files, the full-time Residential Client Manager will ensure the integrity and consistency of technical, commercial, and documentary information in compliance with established quality criteria and deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the review and validation of residential client recovery files to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Manage documentation and control of client recovery processes
- Prepare reports and analyze commercial information related to electric consumption
Required qualifications
- Technical degree or ongoing/completed university education (desirable)
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in data entry, validation, and report preparation
- Basic knowledge of energy recovery processes and CNR
- Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems (desirable)
