Job Summary

Overseeing key field and operational activities, the full-time Residential Market Specialist will ensure a seamless transition from construction completion to resident move-in by conducting inspections, managing part-time team members, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer experience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of vacant homes to ensure properties are tour-ready and move-in ready
• Prepare homes for move-in by identifying and resolving outstanding issues, including utility inspections and compliance with local regulations
• Schedule and oversee part-time team members to ensure productivity and efficient task completion

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in property management, maintenance, construction, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to learn and utilize mobile inspection and property management software
• Experience managing or coordinating team members in a field environment is preferred
