Residential Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing residential portfolio, the full-time salaried Project Manager will plan and manage projects, ensuring all contractual commitments are met on time and within budget while leading a multi-disciplined team and maintaining client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and control the scope of deliverables, work plans, schedules, and budgets for all project stages
• Develop detailed work plans for architectural and engineering disciplines, monitoring project progress and resource allocation
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, contractors, and project teams, ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 10-15 years of project work experience, preferably in residential projects
• Strong understanding of project accounting to monitor performance and forecast revenue
• Experience in strategic development, business development, and client management
• Registered with a relevant professional association is an asset
• Knowledge of architectural or engineering systems design, building codes, and permits
