Residential Real Estate Title Examiner
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Residential Real Estate Title Examiner will analyze and review title searches and reports, ensuring legal accuracy and quality before delivery to clients while also supporting customer service inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze completed title searches for accuracy and adherence to client-specific SOPs
- Examine and evaluate documentation to determine property ownership, encumbrances, and legal descriptions
- Synthesize title search information and prepare comprehensive property reports and title commitments
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a title abstractor/examiner, including online search experience
- Familiarity with state guidelines and property tax jurisdictions
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Remote work experience is preferred
