Residential Retention Specialist

Job Summary

To maximize revenues and minimize cancellations, the full-time Residential Retention Specialist will respond to customer sales and cancellation requests, implement effective retention strategies, and secure updated contract agreements, all while working remotely within 50 minutes of the Phoenix office.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer sales and cancellation requests, utilizing negotiation skills to secure contract commitments
• Resolve escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction while meeting sales and retention goals
• Generate revenue growth through a consultative selling approach and effective communication of service offerings

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and one year of relevant work experience
• One year of experience in consumer-based industry sales, particularly in customer retention
• Proven success in a customer interaction role for at least nine months
• Ability to effectively use sales productivity software tools
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to customer solutions
