Job Summary
To support a growing solar initiative, the full-time Residential Solar Analyst will manage the processing of solar incentive applications, ensure compliance with program requirements, and develop tracking metrics for incentive performance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Process and review state and federal solar incentive applications accurately and in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain tracking for key metrics related to solar incentives and publish regular reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate incentive requirements into project workflows and ensure compliance with guidelines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT, Operations, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, with solar energy experience considered a plus
- Advanced Excel skills, including modeling and data manipulation
- Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write queries
- Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to process and technology changes
