Residential Solar Services Specialist

Job Summary

Focusing on operations and customer relations, the full-time Residential Solar Services Specialist will manage maintenance requests, coordinate with service providers, and handle customer communications while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate scheduling for maintenance requests with third-party contractors and internal teams
• Manage inbound communications from customers and contractors, ensuring excellent service
• Oversee a portfolio of cases from origination to closure, maintaining comprehensive documentation

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
• 2+ years of corporate experience and 3+ years in customer service or contractor management
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software is a plus
• Intermediate skills in MS Office applications
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and projects simultaneously
