Job Summary
To support a critical business continuity initiative, the contract Resiliency Practitioner will develop and implement business continuity programs, evaluate risks, and perform periodic testing of plans in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains business continuity plans to ensure critical functions are operational during emergencies
- Evaluates and improves business continuity plans and strategies to mitigate business interruptions
- Facilitates training and awareness education on business continuity plans across the organization
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience; 7+ years preferred
- 3+ years of hands-on business impact analysis (BIA) and risk assessment execution
- Experience with enterprise GRC tools, preferably Archer
- BCM certification (CBCP, MBCI, or CBCI) strongly preferred
- Background in financial services or other regulated industries, with knowledge of FFIEC and FINRA requirements
