Resolution Specialist

Job Summary

To support the collection of past due loans, the full-time hybrid Resolution Specialist will manage member accounts, negotiate repayment options, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines while working both remotely and in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Collect on all past due loans, including secured and unsecured loans, while documenting collection information accurately
• Consult with members regarding delinquency and negotiate reinstatements and repayment plans
• Maintain partnerships with various teams to enhance service delivery and ensure compliance with credit union policies

Required qualifications

• One year of experience in Collections, Loss Mitigation, Loan Servicing, Sales, or Customer Service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
• Familiarity with lending-related terminology and processes
