Resource Management Deployment Manager

Job Summary

The full-time Resource Management Deployment Manager will manage staffing and deployment activities for onboarding and transitions operations across the Consulting service line, collaborating with practice leaders and stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and enhance operational efficiency, with opportunities for remote work available.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute the resource management process for assigned projects
• Facilitate scheduling of resources to client assignments based on various requirements
• Generate and analyze resource management reports to monitor utilization and staffing needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of related experience, preferably in a professional services firm
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to manage competing priorities and provide exceptional client service
