Resource Management Lead
Job Summary
Owning capacity planning and optimizing delivery across cross-functional teams, the full-time contract Resource Management and Delivery Operations Lead will work remotely to improve workload visibility, address operational risks, and build scalable processes supporting sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor resource capacity models across newly deployed pods to ensure efficient delivery
- Identify operational risks and workload imbalances, proactively addressing capacity constraints
- Provide daily executive status reports and real-time dashboards to senior leadership for informed decision-making
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in PMO, resource management, or operational leadership roles
- Expertise in capacity planning across cross-functional teams and supporting organizational design
- Proven ability to develop executive-ready daily reporting workflows
- Strong change management and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
