Job Summary

To support a growing marketing finance and operations team, the full-time Resource Management Partner will manage budget planning, forecast accuracy, and financial analysis remotely, ensuring effective procurement and vendor relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget planning process for marketing teams, translating priorities into financial plans
• Monitor budget performance daily, updating forecasts and flagging variances to prevent overspending
• Deliver meaningful financial insights and analysis to inform resource allocation and business outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in financial operations, budget management, or procurement within a large enterprise
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
• High proficiency with AI applications, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards
