Resource Management Partner

Job Summary

To support a global MarCom Operations team, the remote Resource Management Partner will manage budget planning, financial forecasting, and vendor relationships while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance across marketing business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the annual budget planning process, translating priorities into financial plans for marketing teams
• Monitor budget performance and provide financial insights to guide resource allocation and decision-making
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee the procurement process to ensure timely and compliant transactions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in financial operations, budget management, or procurement within a large enterprise
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance standards
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in financial planning tools
